Langrisser II was remade for the Super Famicom by Masaya as Der Langrisser, which featured multiple paths through the game, greatly reduced difficulty, and reworked graphics. A PC-FX port, Der Langrisser FX, was also released, featuring animated cutscenes. It was later compiled with the first Langrisser for the PlayStation as Langrisser I & II, and then given a script edit and new branch of the Imperial path in its Saturn remake as Langrisser: Dramatic Edition. A Windows 98 port of the game was released in Japanese, Chinese and Korean; it features redrawn, high-resolution graphics, but a vastly trimmed-down soundtrack to fit the confines of a standard CD. A full remake of Langrisser I & II was also released in 2019 on both Sony PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch and on PC in 2020, featuring new graphics and BGM.

Langrisser II fue rehecho para Super Famicom por Masaya como Der Langrisser, que presentaba múltiples caminos a través del juego, dificultad muy reducida y gráficos reelaborados. También se lanzó un puerto PC-FX, Der Langrisser FX, con escenas animadas. Más tarde se compiló con el primer Langrisser para PlayStation como Langrisser I & II, y luego se le dio una edición de guion y una nueva rama del camino imperial en su nueva versión de Saturn como Langrisser: Dramatic Edition.​ Se lanzó un puerto de Windows 98 del juego en japonés, chino y coreano; presenta gráficos de alta resolución redibujados, pero una banda sonora muy recortada para adaptarse a los límites de un CD estándar. También se lanzó una nueva versión completa de Langrisser I & II en 2019 tanto en Sony PlayStation 4 y Nintendo Switch como en PC en 2020, con nuevos gráficos y música de fondo.

Il titolo è il sequel di Warsong, e non è mai stato pubblicato al di fuori del Giappone. Langrisser II è stato anche ripubblicato per Super Nintendo (SNES) dalla Masaya con il titolo Der Langrisser, che è caratterizzato da un maggior numero di percorsi di gioco, da una riduzione della difficoltà, e da una grafica migliorata. È stata inoltre pubblicata una conversione per PC-FX della versione per SNES intitolata, Der Langrisser FX, in cui sono state inserite nuove sequenze animate. Il titolo è stato inoltre unito insieme al primo Langrisser e pubblicato per PlayStation con il titolo Langrisser I&II, a cui è stato ulteriormente modificato lo script ed aggiunto un finale alternativo per la conversione pubblicata per Sega Saturn ed intitolata Langrisser: Dramatic Edition. Una versione per Windows 98 è stata resa disponibile in giapponese, cinese e coreano. La versione per Windows è stata completamente ridisegnata, con grafica ad alta risoluzione, ma con una colonna sonora di qualità decisamente inferiore, per permettere al gioco di poter essere contenuto nella capacità di un singolo CD-R
