source: wikipedia_enClayFighter is a fighting game released for the Super NES in November 1993 and ported to Sega Genesis in 1994. The game is a parody of Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. In 2009, the Genesis version was re-released on the Wii Virtual Console. Most of the game features a circus theme focused more on humor. It features claymation-style graphics that were created by photographing and digitizing actual clay models. The game was one of the two clay-themed game franchises published by Interplay Productions, the second being a platformer released for the SNES titled Claymates. In July 2020, Megalopolis Toys made a partnership with Interplay to release a line of 6-inch action figures based on the games.

source: wikipedia_jaクレイファイター（ClayFighter）は、1993年にInterplayより発売されたSuper Nintendo Entertainment System用ソフトである。 本作は粘土でできたキャラクター同士による戦いを描いた対戦型格闘ゲームであり、ジャンルを同じくする『ストリートファイターII』や『モータルコンバット』のパロディとみなされることが多い。 1994年5月下旬にはバージョンアップ版である「ClayFighter: Tournament Edition」が発売された。SEGA Genesisにも移植された。Atari Jaguarへの移植も予定されていたが、実現しなかった。 『スーワーシャーク』同様、長年日本では発売されてこなかった。2022年にセガから発売されたPnP機SEGA Genesis Mini 2にてSEGA Genesisが収録された。ゲームの言語はデジタル取扱説明書を含め、すべて英語のままである
