source: wikipedia_enPac-Man World 2 is a 2002 3D platform game developed and published by Namco Hometek for the Xbox, GameCube, and PlayStation 2. A version of the game for Microsoft Windows was released in 2004, and an abridged version for the Game Boy Advance was released in 2005. The game is a sequel to Pac-Man World (1999), and sees Pac-Man on a quest to retrieve the stolen Golden Fruit and stop the ancient ghost Spooky from terrorizing Pac-Land. The game received mixed reviews from critics, who praised its level design and soundtrack but criticized its camera system.
A sequel, Pac-Man World 3, was released in 2005. A remake, Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac, was released in September 2025.

日本国外においては、NINTENDO GAMECUBE版、Xbox版、Microsoft Windows版、ゲームボーイアドバンス版もある。また2005年に続編の3作目の『en:Pac-Man World 3』も出ている。2008年から2010年にはXbox 360とPlayStation 3用に続編4作目となる『Pac-Man World 4』も開発されていたがキャンセルされている。
2025年9月25日には、本作のリメイク版である『パックマンワールド2 リ・パック』の発売が予定されている。
